ORDER

This Application has been filed by the Applicant/Plaintiff praying to bring on record the following persons viz.,

(1) Mrs.Vasanthi (Daughter), 9th Respondent herein

(2) Mr.Lakshmi Narayanan (Son), 10th Respondent herein and

(3) Mrs.Suganthi W/o.Mr.Moorthy (Daughter), 11th Respondent herein 2/5

as the Legal Representatives of the deceased 3rd Defendant viz., T.Komaleeswari and as Defendant Nos.12, 13 & 14 in Tr.C.S.No.225 of 2023 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the Respondents 6 to 8 submitted that he has no serious objection to this Application being allowed. He further submitted that the Respondents 9 to 11/Proposed Defendants 12 to 14 are not residing in the address which has been given as the address of Respondents 9 to 11/Proposed Defendants 12 to 14 in this Application.

3. Having considered and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having considered the no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the Respondents 6 to 8, this Application is allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the Applicant/Plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of the plaint in Tr.C.S.No.225 of 2023 and file a clean copy of the amended plaint, within a period of one week from today.

Since the address which has been given as the address of Respondents 9 to 11/Proposed Defendants 12 to 14 in this Application is incorrect, the learned counsel for the Applicant/Plaintiff is directed to incorporate the correct address of the Respondents 9 to 11/Proposed Defendants 12 to 14 in the amended plaint of Tr.C.S.No.225 of 2023. 22.04.2025 mrr Index : Yes/No Speaking Order (or) Non Speaking Order 4/5
