The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners completed their M.Sc in the year 2006 and 2001 respectively, and obtained M.Phil Botany in the year 2007 and 2002 respectively. Subsequently, they completed Ph.D in Botany in the year 2018 and 2017 respectively. Thereafter the petitioners joined as Guest Lecturer in Arignar Anna Government Arts College in the year 2007 and 2002 respectively and worked in various colleges for the past 18 years and 9 months. Therefore, the petitioners are

entitled for teaching experience certificate for those years. However, for certain years, teaching experience certificates have not been provided, thereby the present writ petitions have been filed.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that this issue has already been dealt with by this Court in WP.No.2441 of 2021 dated 11.02.2021. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 26.11.2025 & 29.11.2025 in the line of the orders passed in the aforementioned writ petition. 4.

Therefore, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioners' representations dated 26.11.2025 & 29.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law in the line of the orders passed by this Court in WP.No.2441 of 2021 dated 11.02.2021, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 5.

With the above direction, both the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.

The matter is today listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners took different subjects in M.Phil and Ph.D and they joined as Guest Lecturer in different colleges and their service period is different, however, it has not been specifically stated in paragraph no.2 of the order dated 11.02.2026 made in W.P.Nos.4308 and 4310 of 2026, and inadvertently, it has been mentioned as though they completed M.Phil and Ph.D in same subject and as though they joined as Guest Lecturer in same college and as though they have same service period, and prayed for appropriate orders.

3.In view of the above, paragraph no.2 of the order dated 11.02.2026 made in W.P.Nos.4308 and 4310 of 2026, is to be read as follows:

"2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners completed their M.Sc. in the year 2006 and 2001 respectively, and obtained M.Phil. Physics and M.Phil. Botany in the year 2007 and 2002

respectively. Subsequently, they completed Ph.D. in Physics and Ph.D. in Botany in the year 2018 and 2017 respectively. Thereafter the petitioners joined as Guest Lecturer in Arignar Anna Government Arts College, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai District and Arignar Anna Government Arts College for Women, Walajapet, Ranipet District in the year 2007 and 2002 respectively and worked in various colleges for the past 18 years and 1 month and 18 years and 9 months respectively. Therefore, the petitioners are entitled for teaching experience certificate for those years. However, for certain years, teaching experience certificates have not been provided, thereby the present writ petitions have been filed."

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections and reissue copy of the order to the respective learned counsel appearing for the parties.
