ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to grant service connection to the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.177/2 admeasuring 940 sq.ft. situated in Koundapalayam Village, Coimbatore North, Coimbatore District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the issue has been settled between the parties.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
