This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 193 days in filing the Review Application.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent has no serious objection for ordering this petition.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
