This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to file a final report in respect of the FIR in Crime No.1915 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the FIR in Cr.No.1915 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent police is closed as undeducted on 07.04.2014.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
