This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 115 days in preferring the above appeal as against the final award dated 04.02.2019 made in M.C.O.P.No.335 of 2016, on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Court (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Cuddalore.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents 1 to 3. 3.Though notice has been served on the 4th respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 115 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to "the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Madras", within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
