ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the 1st respondent to give preference to the petitioner's transfer request dated 14.06.2022 and to transfer and post the petitioner who is a person with lower limb locomotor Disability in her native District of Pudukottai in the vacancies to the post Lab Technician Grade III in the Primary Health Centers, that were available/arose/sanctioned on/after the date of order for recommendation i.e., 17.12.2023 of the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.06.2022 and pass orders on the recommendation of the third

respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
