ORDER

This application has been taken up to mark the certified copy of documents listed as Exhibits P1 and P5-P8.

2. It is the case of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that even in the earlier proceedings in O.P.No.596 of 2022 initiated by the petitioner, this Court had permitted marking of the certified copy of the Trust. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. In respect of other documents listed as Document Nos. 2 to 5, that those documents are third parties, which the petitioner would not have access to and hence, the certified copies of the same have been marked.

4. I have perused the order made in O.P.No.596 of 2025 and found that the petitioner have been permitted to mark the certified copy of the documents. Similarly, I have also seen no impediment in permitting the applicant to mark the listed 2 to 5 documents.

5. Hence, in such view of the matter, the application is ordered. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
