Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 22.07.2025 in R.P.No.417 of 2019 passed by the first respondent herein and quash the same as it being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) Mr.S.Silambanan, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.K.Vasanthanayagan, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal for appropriate relief.

2. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, there shall be no order as to costs. W.M.P.No.7732 of 2026, petition filed seeking permission to file a single writ petition, stands ordered, inasmuch as the petitioners have paid separate set of court fees. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.7734 and 7737 of 2026 are closed.
