When the case came up before my predecessor on 02.01.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Accordingly it was adjourned.

2. When the matter came up before me on 15.02.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, this Court passed the following order.

" When the case is called, there is no representation. Hence, post the matter on 19.02.2021 under the caption "For Dismissal".

3. However, when the case is called today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence the writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
