This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.6 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.On instructions, learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation in Crime No.6 of 2018 was completed and the case was closed as further investigation dropped by filing a Closure Report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Attur on 29.08.2018. He also submitted that RCS No.2 of 2018 has also been served on the de facto complainant.
