ORDER
This Application has been filed by the Applicant/Plaintiff praying to bring on record the following persons viz.,
(1) Mrs.Vasanthi (Daughter), 9th Respondent herein
(2) Mr.Lakshmi Narayanan (Son), 10th Respondent herein and
(3) Mrs.Suganthi W/o.Mr.Moorthy (Daughter), 11th Respondent herein as the Legal Representatives of the deceased 3rd Defendant/3rd Respondent viz., T.Komaleeswari and as Defendant Nos.12, 13 & 14 in T.O.S.No.50 of 2016 (O.P.No.419 of 2013) on the file of this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the Respondents 6 to 8 submitted that he has no serious objection to this application being allowed.
3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also, considering the no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the Respondents 6 to 8, this Application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of the plaint in T.O.S.No.50 of 2016 (O.P.No.419 of 2013). The learned counsel for the Applicant/Plaintiff is directed to file a clean copy of the amended plaint in T.O.S.No.50 of 2016 (O.P.No.419 of 2013) within a period of one week from today.
