JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant is dead and despite his best efforts, his legal heirs are not forthcoming.
2.The learned counsel for the respondent argued that the respondent is a temple and that the suit was laid for eviction of tenants of the temple with past arrears of rent and future damages and both Courts below have decreed the suit concurrently.
