O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the first respondent police not to harass the petitioners on the complaint given by the second respondent and her family members.

2. It is submitted that, pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioners and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

3. Both the learned counsel have identified the de-facto complainant, who is present before this Court today. In order to identify the petitioners and the de-facto complainant, they have submitted the photo copies of their Identity Cards viz.,1. Arvind Joseph - 497204004252 (Aadhar Card) and 2. Nivetha Delishiya - Z3837337 (Passport) and after verification of the original, the same are recorded.

4. Today, an Affidavit dated 20.12.2017 was also filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant, wherein she has given consent to close the complaint given by her, which is pending before the first respondent police.

5. Recording the same, the complaint given by the 2nd respondent, pending before the first respondent police is ordered to be closed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
