Crl.OP No.3436/2017 has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

Crl.OP.No.3437/2017 has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to give protection to the petitioner's life and limbs, on the basis of his representation dated 11.02.2016.

2. When the matters were taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that petition enquiry is pending on the complaint lodged by one Nirosha, for which, the presence of the petitioner is required.

3. In view of the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the respondent in Crl.OP.No.3436 of 2017 for enquiry. Accordingly, Crl.OP.No.3436 of 2017 is disposed of. Consequently, Crl.OP. No.3437 of 2017 is closed.
