This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32394 of 2024, dated 03.01.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 2.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32394 of 2024, dated 03.01.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in two weeks on every Monday at 10:30a.m.
