Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of india, seeking a writ of declaration, declaring the Rule 192-A of the Tamil Nadu Local Bodes Rules, 2023, vide G.O.(Ms)No.162, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (ME.3) Department dated 05.11.2024 and consequential impugned Government Order of the first respondent vide G.O.(4D) No.01, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (ME.3) Department dated 07.01.2025.
