The records would show that the third respondent has passed away on 28.01.2018 and the second respondent on 04.04.2014. Likewise the first respondent has also passed away. However, no steps have been taken to date to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that despite his best efforts to contact the appellant, the appellant has not responded to his letters.
