The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to call for the records pertaining to M.C.No.15 of 2018 filed by the respondent herein against the

petitioner, on the file of the Family Judge, at Dharmapuri and quash the entire proceedings as malicious, illegal, vexatious and a sheer abuse of process of Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the Criminal Original petition, the matter was ended in compromise between the parties and therefore, this petition may be given disposal accordingly.

3. Recording the above statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, as there is no further adjudication is required. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
