/ 3 / Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to extend further period of atleast 45 days in executing Bond in the above case O.P.NO.710 of 2015.
This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:
This application is filed to extend the time for executing the bond in O.P.No.710 of 2015.
2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners.
3. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that O.P.No.710 of 2015 was allowed by order dated 23.08.2017, whereby the petitioners were directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- within 90 days from the date of the order. On account of the fact that the second applicant/second petitioner misplaced his Adhaar Card and Election I.D. Card, the bond could not be executed within the stipulated time. It is stated that the second applicant/second petitioner has now obtained a new Adhaar Card so as to prove his address.
4. I considered the submissions of the learned counsel and examined the affidavit in support of this application.
5. On perusal thereof, I find that sufficient cause has been made out to extend the time for execution of the bond. Accordingly, this
/ 4 / application is allowed and the time for execution of the bond is extended by a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Sd/.S.K.R.J.
