This revision is filed against the order dated 17.03.2014 in Memo dated 10.03.2014 in O.S.No.15 of 2009 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tambaram.

2.The defendants have filed the above revision to eschew the additional proof affidavit filed by the plaintiff. The additional proof PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.

VRI affidavit is filed pursuant to the additional issues framed and that such liberty was given by this court while disposing of C.R.P. No.4698 of 2013. 3.After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the revision petitioner stated that he will not have any objection for allowing the additional proof affidavit to be filed, provided he is given liberty to crossexamine PW1. Granting such liberty, this civil revision is disposed of for making the revision petitioner to cross-examine PW1, which exercise should be completed by the trial court on or before 28.02.2017.
