(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2. The alleged detenu, Sridevi, wife of the petitioner, aged about 38 years and another detenu, minor daughter Mysheya, aged about 10 years, are produced before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.On enquiry, the alleged first detenue submitted that she is living in her sister's house and she is not willing to go along with her husband/the petitioner herein. 4.Having recorded the submission of the first detenue, we find it just and reasonable to dismiss the Habeas Corpus Petition, as there is no illegal detention. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is ordered to be dismissed.
