COMMON ORDER Learned counsels for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw these Writ Petitions, as the petitioners prefer to pursue their representations dated 12.10.2023 (W.P.Nos.1649, 3408, 3414, 3418, 3420, 3421, 3424 of 2024) and 13.01.2024 (W.P.No.4329 of 2024) before the respondents. They have also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would agree that R1 will grant audience to the petitioners/their authorised representatives on 13.03.2024 at 11.00 a.m., to enable them to pursue their representations.
3. R1 will hear them and dispose their representations within a day, in accordance with law and all applicable Government Orders, by way of a speaking order.
