Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner representations dated 25.07.2024 and 10.08.2024 with regard to inspection of records and account books relating to the fifth respondent and send report based on the communication letter bearing No.8/62/2020/CL-II (SR) dated 25.11.2020 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER
Heard the party in person, who submitted the history of the case in detail.
2. Upon perusal of the material papers filed along with the writ petition, it can be seen that the petitioner had earlier filed W.P.No. 25725 of 2024. The prayer in the said writ petition reads as follows: "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 25.07.2024 and 10.08.2024 with regard to the inspection of Books of accounts and records of the 5th 2/5
respondent and send report based on the communicate letter bearing No. 8/62/2020/CL-II (SR) dated 25.11.2020."
3. The said writ petition was withdrawn by the petitioner and no liberty was granted to file a fresh writ petition.
4. In view thereof, the second writ petition for the same prayer cannot be entertained by this Court, and as such, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
