(delivered by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J.) The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6275 of 2019 dated 15.04.2019.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for the respondents has produced the communication from the Tahsildar-cum-Executive Magistrate in proceedings No.5544/TOP/C/2020 dated 09.12.2020, in which, the application of the writ petitioner was considered. There is no representation for the Contempt Petitioner even today.
3. In view of the compliance of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.6275 of 2019 dated 15.04.2019, the Contempt Petition is closed.
