Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to grant sub-division Patta to the petitioner in respect of the land situated in S.No.320/2D, Kelavalli Village, Kaarimangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri District pursuant to his application dated 02.08.2021 followed by reminder dated 27.12.2021.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to grant sub-division Patta to the petitioner in respect of the land comprised in S.No.320/2D situated at Kelavalli Village, Kaarimangalam Taluk, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Dharmapuri District pursuant to his application dated 02.08.2021 followed by reminder dated 27.12.2021.

2.Heard, Mr.P.Valliappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2021 and 27.12.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
