Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order of dismissal from service issued by the second respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No. 24440/2005/P3 dated 29.09.2011 and the Appellate order issued by the 1st respondent in proceeding Na.Ka.99328/2011 O.Na. 3 dated 25.01.2012 and quash these orders and consequently direct the respondent to allow the petitioner to retire from service 1/4

with effect from 30.06.2006 and pay all the terminal and pensionary benefits with interest within a stipulated period.

O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking for Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order issued by the second respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No. 24440/2005/P3 dated 29.09.2011 and the appellate order issued by the first respondent in proceeding Na.Ka.99328/2011 O.Na. 3 dated 25.01.2012 and to direct the respondent to allow the petitioner to retire from service with effect from 30.06.2006 and pay all the terminal and pensionary benefits with interest within a stipulated period

2. In this matter, it is submitted by Mr. R.Prem Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioner that he does not intent to continue as counsel for the petitioner and he has already given no objection to the petitioner to engage another counsel.

Thereafter, the Registry is directed to delete the name of the learned counsel, Mr.R.Prem Narayan as the counsel for the petitioner and directed to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and also to issue notice to the petitioner. The Registry has sent notice and returned with an endorsement as "Notice to petitioner Tapal Returned with an endorsement Door Locked dated 13.03.2024".

4. In view of the above endorsement, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
