Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenue namely Minor Pavithra, daughter of Subramani, aged about 17 years, residing at No.56, Gurusamy Street, Palanipet, Arakkonam, Vellore District and to hand over the custody of the detenue to the petitioner. O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue Pavithra, daughter of Subramani, aged about 17 years, to cause production of his daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the first respondent police. The petitioner/father of the detenue and mother of the detenue are also before us. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she expressed her willingness to go along with her parents, who are present before us. 4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
