This present petition has been filed seeking to interfere with further investigation in Cr.No.33 of 2014 registered by the first respondent/the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, District Police Office, Sathuvachari, Vellore under Sections 409, 465, 467, 471, 420 of I.P.C.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

3. However, heard Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.Udhaya Bhanu, learned Counsel, who was very ably assisted by Mr.Christopher Kishore, learned Counsel on behalf of the second respondent.

4. Let me not enter into a discussion on the facts of the case.

5. After investigating into the complaint, the first respondent had filed a final report, which had been taken cognizance as C.C.No.149 of 2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi.

6. In view of that, the present Criminal Original Petition does not survive and the same is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition i.e., Crl.M.P.No.11658 of 2016 is closed.
