ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to rectify the alleged errors pointed out by the petitioner in the patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. According to the petitioner, there are errors in patta No.1076 issued in favour of the petitioner for the subject property. He had given a representation on 13.08.2025 to the respondents and thereafter, the petitioner had also issued legal notice on 30.09.2025 and 22.11.2025. Since the said representation and the legal notices have not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representations as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party, whom the 1st respondent deems fit, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 13.08.2025 and legal notices dated 30.09.2025 and 22.11.2025 seeking rectification of the alleged errors pointed out by the petitioner in Patta No.1076 issued in his name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, and hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
