2. Heard Mr.T.S.Charles, learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Mr.K.J.Parthasarathy, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 4. An endorsement has been made that a notice is not necessary as they are not contesting respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 10 days in filing the above appeal in A.S.Sr.No.3410 of 2024 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
