JUDGMENT

Today, when this appeal came up for hearing, Mrs.B.N.Sivagamasundari, learned counsel for the appellant as well as Mr.B.S.Sundaramoorthi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents have appeared before this Court through Video Conference and made a submission that the dispute between the appellant and the respondents has been settled in out of Court. Further, they prayed to dismiss this appeal as settled out of Court. The submission made by the learned counsels appearing on either side is recorded.
