ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to register the case on the complaint given by the petitioner pending in CSR.No.102 of 2015 dated 31.01.2015 and to investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. On a complaint given by Amala Kumar before the D4, R.K.Pet Police Station on 17.02.2014 against this petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the petitioner has given an undertaking before the Police that he will settle all the dues to Amala Kumar on or before 01.06.2015. Thereafter this petitioner has gone to R8, Vadapalani Police Station and has lodged a complaint as if he was abducted by some persons and they have threatened him. Thus the complaint dated 30.01.2015, that has been lodged by this petitioner before R8, Vadapalani Police Station is a counter blast to the the complaint given by Amala Kumar to the D4, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

R.K.Pet Police Station. Under such circumstances, it is not a fit case to give positive direction as prayed for by the petitioner. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
