The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants made a submission that the appellants may be permitted to withdraw the appeal and liberty may be granted to file an application before the Secunderabad Bench as per the order impugned.
2. It is for the appellants to take a decision in this regard and as far as the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.No.1001 of 2018 is concerned, the same stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
