J U D G M E N T

There was no representation on behalf of the appellant, despite the case being listed for being heard through video conferencing on 04.09.2020, 21.09.2020, 28.10.2020. On 21.09.2020, the learned counsel for the appellant appeared and stated that he was unable to access the bundle and therefore sought time. Even, after lifting the lock down, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Even today (09.11.2020) also there is no representation.

2. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, I am inclined to dismiss this appeal for the present with a liberty to restore the same. No cost.
