This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Committal Court daily Morning at 10.30 a.m and Evening at 5.00 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.15195 of 2022 by order dated 17.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
