(CRIME NO.781/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl OP No.18828/2020 dated 16.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SAKKARAPANI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (Through video conferencing) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30am., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.18828 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.18828 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appear before the respondent police as and required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
