Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition has been filed to appoint the petitioner as Health Inspector Grade II. At the time of filing this writ petition in 2011, the petitioner was 46 years old and as on today, due to his age, the prayer sought for appointment cannot be considered and the matter has become infructuous. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has also sent a communication to the petitioner in this regard and he has received no instructions.
