O R D E R

The learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that during the year 2017, the Fee Committee appointed by the Government submitted its recommendation which was accepted and the fees was fixed and being collected for the past about 4 years. The petitioner has not raised any objection with reference to the fees fixed by the Fee Committee and therefore, at this length of time, the question of considering the representation would not arise at all.

2. In view of the fact that the Fee Committee finalized the fee structure, which is in force for the past about 4 years, no further adjudication is required and the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
