ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.06.2023 for vacating the TASMAC Shop in respect of Shop No.11307, Kondikinthanapalli Village, Thirupathur District and to dispose of the same, within the time frame in accordance with law.

2. Mr.K.Balakrishnan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the Respondents.

3. By consent of the parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the time of admission stage itself.

4. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the petitioner has purchased the property in S.No.783/1B comprised 17.23 cent land and shops by a registered sale deed in document No.3625/2022 and and Mr.Neelakandan, who is the son of the petitioner's husband's brother, without 2/6

her knowledge has let out the shop to the TASMAC. He further submitted that the rent agreement was also expired and as the petitioner is not interested in letting out the property for the TASMAC shop, she made a representation to the respondents on 16.06.2023 to take steps for vacating the TASMAC shop and also to deposit the rent in her account until eviction. As the same did not evoke any response,the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

5. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents has stated no objection for disposing of the representation of the petitioner.

6. In view of the limited scope of relief sought for in this writ petition and also in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent concerned to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.06.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
