This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.03.2015, file an F.I.R, and take action in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. No representation for the petitioner.

4. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.98 of 2015 and the same was closed on 30.04.2015. The second respondent is directed to send a copy of the Closure Report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
