JUDGMENT

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.31733 of 2025 dated 28.11.2025.

When the matter was taken up, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that, pursuant to the directions of this Court in W.P.No.31733 of 2025 by order dated 28.11.2025, patta was issued in favour of the petitioners and also filed a status report to that effect.
