The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose Petitioners representation dated 10/11/2022 requesting to sub divide and to issue separate patta to the land comprised in Survey No. 139/1A3 Melakuppam Village, Walajah Taluk, Ranipet District measuring an extent of 31 cents within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. In respect of Survey No.139/1A3 Melakuppam Village, Walajah Taluk, Ranipet District measuring an extent of 31 cents, the petitioner has given a representation-cum-application dated 10.11.2022 to survey the land and to subdivide and issue the patta and in this regard necessary fee also has been paid by the petitioner for which acknowledgement has been given. Therefore, in order to consider the said application and to complete the survey the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.
3. Heard Mr.S.P.Arthi learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 2 / 5
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that, the said application would be considered by the respondents 3 and 4 and the survey would be completed within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order.
"That there shall be a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the application of the petitioner dated 10.11.2022 and do the needful to complete the survey of the land in question and accordingly pass necessary orders thereon within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
