CMP No.1308 of 2019 in S.A.SR.No.6484 of 2015 P.T.ASHA, J The private notice sent by the plaintiff to the sole respondent dated 12.02.2019, which has been served on her on 14.02.2019. However, none appeared on behalf of the sole respondent.

2.This petition is filed to condone the delay of 33 days in filing the above appeal.

3. The reason for the delay has been narrated in paragraph 7 of the affidavit.

4.Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given, this petiiton is allowed and the delay of 33 days is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order.
