O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order dated 09.04.2019 passed by this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.9616 of 2019, thereby directing the respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for fencing his property situated 1/3

at Nazarathpet Village, Ponnamallee Taluk, Thiruvallur District. 2.

Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that as directed by this Court, on 21.02.2020, the respondent provided adequate police protection to the petitioner to fence his land situated at Nazarathpet Village, Ponnamallee Taluk, Thiruvallur District. After fencing his property, the petitioner sent letter dated 21.02.2020 to the respondent and it revealed that the respondent provided adequate police protection to fence his property.

Recording the said submission, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
