This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 04.01.2023. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR came to be registered in Crime No.148 of 2023 against the 3rd and 4th respondents and the same is pending investigation.

3.In view of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
