(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties who are present in Court and on being informed that the jurisdiction will be of the National Highway Authority of India / fourth respondent, it is directed that the allegation of the petitioner against the fifth respondent made vide representations dated 21.11.2013 and 06.01.2014 be examined by the fourth respondent on inspection of site, after notice to all concerned and be disposed of within a maximum period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of the order.
