The petitioner has filed the above Contempt Petition to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order passed in W.P.No. 23451 of 2017 dated 04.09.2017 .

2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this court by passing an order on 29.09.2020. The learned Additional Government Pleader also produced a copy of the Compliance Report dated 29.09.2020.

3. Mr.S. Parthasarathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Contempt Petition may by closed. Page 2/3
