The contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 14.08.2025 passed by this Court in WP.No.29931 of 2025.

Both side learned Counsels submit that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.29931 of 2025 dated 14.08.2025 has been complied with in view of the proceedings g/K/1059-2026-m1 dated 27.04.2026. 3.

Since the order dated 14.08.2025 passed in WP.No.29931 of 2025 has been complied with by the respondent, the present Contempt Petition is closed.
