ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent is preventing the petitioner from fencing his property, which according to the petitioner, is an agricultural land. The petitioner has given a complaint before the 2nd respondent in this regard. Since no action has been taken on the present complaint, the present petition has been filed.

3. The 2nd respondent shall call the parties for enquiry and if the dispute pertains to right and title over the property, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the 2nd respondent shall relegate the parties before the competent Civil Court. If there is no such dispute, necessary instructions may be given to the parties not to create a law and order problem and resolve their dispute only before the competent Court. The 2nd respondent shall take a decision in accordance with law.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
